Ingredients:

Idly Rice, Toor Dhal, Gram Dhal, Fennel Seeds, Red Chilli, Asafoetida, Salt & Curry Leaves.
Tips to Prepare:

1. Add 700ml of water to the Gharuda Foods Adai Mix Thoroughly (Soaking is not necessary). 2. Add Chopped Onion, Coconut Flakes, and Drumstick Leaves for Extra Taste. 3. Make the Batter as thick consistency (add salt and water if needed). 4. Grease the Tawa and Spread the Batter Smoothly. 5. Pour Little Ghee or Oil over the Adai. 6. Now the Crunchy, tasty Gharuda Foods Adai is Ready. 7. Approximately we can make 4 to 5 Adai.
