Tips to Prepare: |
1.Grease thee cooker with ghee/oil 2.Take 500g of rice (Soak for 15-20 minutes) and then add 500g of Meat/Chicken/Veggies 3. Close the lid, keep the flame low, after 3 whistle switch off the flame. 4. Add Gharuda Foods Chettinad Briyani Mix 5. Add soaked rice and Meat/Chicken /Veggies and then add (approx) 1200 ml of water to the cooker. Add little coconut milk to neutralize spicy. (optional) 6. Chettinad Briyani Mix is ready to eat… On top of Briyani just pour little ghee, then garnish with mint and coriander leaves |
